This comes in a professional looking case. It is easy to use and although at first it doesn't seem like it will do anything, it does work. I have only used the firming and toning programme so far, but even after one session, I noticed a difference. Just like a salon treatment. You do have to make sure that you have enough gel on the contacts for it to work. You can see the muscles working and twitching as you use it. I'm looking forward to using it more. It really does only take 10 mins.

I bought this for my sister for Christmas and amazingly, my dad bought one for me. It takes a lot of getting used to. Once the technique is mastered it can produce great results. It is much easier to do on somebody elses nails due to the 'need for speed'. Once the polish is on the plate, it must be scraped and the pattern picked up within a matter of seconds.

I have given 4 stars because it is a great product and at amazon prices, great value. It comes in a nice black plastic case, and in the case you get full instructions in several languages, lovely pictures that show what can be done with the set, 5 printing polishes (red, black, blue, white and pink), a clear enamel, small bottle of acetone (you will need more of this as normal polish remover is not suitable for cleaning the equipment), dabber, scraper and 3 disks.

My advice is not to expect perfect results first time around and allow yourself plenty of 'playtime' to get used to it. You will also need some standard nail polish for use as a base if you don't want it on your bare nails. The printing polish is not suitable for use as a base.

The product features on this page do not refer to this exact product because it does not come with an instruction DVD, there are no rhinestones or glitter included and the number of bottles in the pack is incorrect. Hopefully I can get amazon to update the page as it is quite misleading.

I have been having my nails professionally manicured, strengthened, and extended using gel for several months - unfortunately even with the best care damage does happen. However, with this kit I have been able to fix problems and replace gel nails myself.

The lamp is not particularly powerful,so it takes some time, but then you would not expect it from a low cost UV lamp. You would be hard pressed to find the individual items for such a good price!

I did not even need to watch the DVD, the sheet of instructions was enough, given that I have seen it done half a dozen times.

I have seen reviews saying the nail tips and glue are not strong. Fortunately, they are the most easily replaced items.

I can definitely see a time when I will not be visiting my nail technician!

rio quick dip is the best nail product i have ever bought i originally bought it as a birthday present for a friend she had acrylic nails done before and when they came off her nails were in a terrible condition. not with the quick dip system.i have had to do the nails for family and friends for all different occasions and they thought they looked better than salon nails. i had never attempted to do nails before and i couldnt believe how simple it was.well done rio you come with my highest recomendation.

I just got this for my daughter as a Birthday gift & it is very disappointing.

First of the gas wasn't flowing, just a short burst then nothing. There is little you can then do but look at the gas bottle holder which lets all the gas out right away. We are now on the 3rd gas bottle & still only short puff of air & nothing we can do. Almost identcal sized bottles iv seen on other item have small ballbearing that reseal the bottle.

Next annoying thing is that the ink bottle once hanging from the airbrush as in the picture above is loose fitting & only about 4mm long push in & can easily fall out, lucky for us we have a wood floors & cleanup was no problem - if it was carpeting I would be very upset.

Overall its a cheaply made plastic item, little to nothing the user can do to tell if the units blocked or just faulty & a very messy item. Get the kids to stand on newpaper - or buy something else maybe a better idea.

I bought this elsewhere but have to say I am very impressed with it. You can actually feel the muscles tightening and you can notice a difference BUT you must use it regularly. Once a day minimum to really see a difference in a week

I've been after one of these for ages and my boyfriend finally got me one for christmas. They're absolutely fantastic!

I own an inexcusable amount of nail varnish and I am forever attempting to create new designs using regular nail varnish brushes. I have been saying since I was about 8 years old that someone should figure out a way to put nail varnish in a pen, and now they have! And, my, does it work wonderfully!

Each bottle has a dual applicator - one: unscrew the whole lid to reveal a very fine detail brush that is fantastic for creating different "wave" effects, and therefore can be used to make all sorts of highly delicate patterns. And two: pop off the top of the lid to find a very thin 'nib', just like on a pen, that is surprisingly simple to use, (I personally enjoy using this feature to draw stickmen).

As for the extra features, the tips it gives you in the leaflet are fantastic and easy to follow. The full body paint brush works better than a regular nail varnish brush. The glitter is very fine and applies well to the nails. The gems are run of the mill but lovely none the less. And as for the DVD, I havn't even bothered with it yet but I'm still willing to give this product a full 5 stars, even if the DVD is rubbish it's still a 5 star product!

AS FOR THIS PARTICULAR SET: some of the colours are a little pale and need a couple of coats, they work best against dark or pale backgrounds, but don't show too well on more neutral colours. Highly recommended but I would suggest getting the Origional Colours set first for a more versatile range.

So easy to use. Art was probably my worst subject but I find it really easy to create flowers, teardrops, butterflies, ladybirds, etc on my daughters nails using this product.
