Watch out for damaged items!, 2010-08-23
I am very disappointed that I used Amazon to buy this product. First, the item came 8 days later - than the 2-3 days promised. Secondly, the grill was completely damaged - 4 pieces of it. I was absolutely surprised that Amazon customer service had a 'so what is your problem' attitude when I called to complain about their pathetic service. Now I have to wait a day at home waiting for DHL to come and collect the broken item. So overall, a very poor service, rubbish broken product and ongoing pain to return the item. While Amazon doesnt give a damn about its customers!
Be careful - suggest you drop by at Argos to pick it up or use Comet / other services.
The most delicious grill, 2010-04-22
It was a birthday present for my friend. Ever since we received it we are preparing home grill and it is so tasty every time. I like also to experiment and create new Paninis in it! It is so easy to cook now! I simply love it ;)

Purchased My health grill,thought i would go wih a "trusted brand name" but to my dissapointment the top grill plate cracked,thus allowing any moisture or fat to go into the element and electrics,causing billowing smoke.This could of been EXTREMELY dangerous as steam & electronics do not mix,also i found the grill far to powerfull, burnig food on the outside, now this may of been a one of event but it will make me think twice about using Russell Hobbs again.Russell Hobbs 17888 3 in 1 Panini / Grill & Griddle

I have had several grills and 2 George Formans in the past but this Russel Hobs Grill is in my opinion by far the best. It cooks top and bottom at the same rate. It leaves a distict grill lines which makes meat, especially chicken look so much nicer It has a heavy top lid that flattens paninis so they cook as they should. Plus it grills in half the time. It is extremely good value and not at all expensive
