PURE POP FOR NOW PEOPLE, 2010-07-21 This sis as near perfect summer pop music as yiu can get,an album that celebrates life with abandon, all the hits are here buy it now!!
The Most Ambitious Release of The Decade!, 2010-07-26 Wow, i seriously thought the 2000's had killed music for good and that no real talent was ever goint to emerge to mainstream ever again. Around 70% of the artists that appeared through that decade were came and gone one hit wonders ( and i use the term wonders very loosely.) And out of nowhere this Pop Godess emerges out of nowhere and spins the whole music industry upside down.
With The Fame Monster Lady Gaga serves us a dish of Eastern European Gothic Pop music that just goes inside you and doesn't wanna come out.
I love the new direction she took for this album after "The Fame" In which she was more of a Pop Princess with sugary sweet melodies and heavy dance beats.
Well with this album she comes and lashes out with Monsterous hooks and powerful vocal performances that leave you wanting more.
And you can see how much she's grown as a song writer and an artist as well. She's just a complete genius.
Lady Gaga is in no manner a one hit wonder and she'll deffinately be around for a long time. This girl is destined to become a legend. I can't believe that in just 2 short years she's already making the type of level of music artists take decades to be able to achieve. I really can't wait to see Lady Gaga 5 years from now. Cause with these 2 albums she's released so far, one can only tell that she's only getting bigger and better.
Lady Gaga is the only artist out right now who i can tell will without a doubt become a legendary icon. She's creative enough, she's talented enough, she's intelligent enough, she's ambitious enough, she's disciplined enough and she's good enough.
Buy this album, you won't regret it!
My Top 5
1. Dance In The Dark
2. So Happy I Could Die
3. Bad Romance
4. Teeth
5. Monster
Lady Gaga - The Fame Monster, 2010-07-26 Good Album, knew some of the hits, and bought the album on the strength of those, not disappointed. Will buy CD's though from now on.
Should Have Been An EP, 2010-07-18 Lady Gaga is without a doubt worth the hype the music is to be sung along to danced to and above all taken with a pinch of salt and a cheeky grin. My big problem though is with the fame having already sold a million copies the fame monster should have been a stand alone. The fame is all about money gloss and yes fame with a collection of party anthems and the odd slow ballad thrown in. Whilst the fame monster is darker seedy and more relentless so for this reason should'nt it have been an ep. I feel many fans have been short changed and have lost out compared to their americn counterparts who could buy the fame monster alone. So even though the music is fantastic download the fame monster from iTunes.
Surprisingly Great!, 2010-07-25 Listened to the album and loved every track - very listenable, catchy and gets you bopping.
Not exactly groundbreaking but the Ultimate Pop!
